La Manga Club Owners Association – La Manga Club Owners Together

La Manga Club Owners Association

About The ASSOCIATION

Being a member of the LMC Owners Association is about information flow and communication between Owners.

In early 2021 as Covid and Brexit were the topics of concern on most people’s minds and the ‘Wind of Change‘ was blowing through La Manga Club, a group of Owners successfully launched a new Association website for bonafide Owners of Residential Property in the Club

The La Manga Club Owners Association, LMCOA, within a few months saw membership registrations exceed expectations and now in 2024 there are approx 700 Members, confirming that there is an appetite for an independent collective voice for Owners of Residential Property in the Club.

To enable the Association to be an effective voice of the Owners, recent achievements are listed below.

  1. LMCOA is now a legally registered Association in Spain.
  2. The Association is managed according to it’s By-Laws
  3. Governance of the Association is by the Board.
  4. A programme of fundraising will provide ongoing finance.
  5. The Association’s Website has been completely overhauled
  6. The Association is registered as GDPR compliant.

As that ‘Wind of Change’ blows a revival through the Club, so it does with the Association and its objectives.

La Manga Club Owners Association was formed for the common good of all bonafide Owners of Residential Property in the Club and will be able to produce a collective view on any issues of common interest.

The LMCOA has no affiliation with any other body and is not intended to compete with or replace any other organisation on or off the Club. It exists to provide a source of information, exchange of views and topics of common interest relating to being an Owner of Residential Property in the Club.  The Association’s newly refreshed website contains many new features including each Community having a discrete Chat Room.

The Association welcomes Blevins Franks Tax Advisers as its main sponsor together with Cum Laude Abogados the Association’s lawyers.  Both of these firms are available to provide services and advice to Members independently of the Association.
